  • Main Ingredients

    • 3 – 4 Mashed Potatoes
    • 1/4 Cup Peas
    • 1/4 Cup Boiled Rice
    • Burger Buns
    • Mayonnaise
    • Tomato Ketchup
    • Jeera Powder
    • Coriander Powder
    • Salt
    • Turmeric Powder
    • Garam Masala
    • Dry Mango Powder
    • Black Pepper Powder
    • Multi Purpose Flour
    • Corn Flour
    • Water
    • Tomatoes
    • Onion
    • Oil

    Directions

    • Boil 3 – 4 Potatoes and mash them.
    • Boil 1/3 Cup Rice.
    • Heat 1 teaspoon of Butter in a pan until it melts.
    • Add 1/4 Cup Peas.
    • Add 1 teaspoon of Cumin Powder(Jeera Powder).
    • Add 1 teaspoon of Coriander Powder(Dhaniya Powder).
    • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder(Haldi).
    • Add 1 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder.
    • Add 1 teaspoon of Dry Mango Powder(Aamchoor).
    • Add 1 tablespoon of Salt.
    • Mix well.
    • Add Mashed Potatoes from step 1.
    • Add Boiled Rice from step 2.
    • Mix well.
    • Add 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala.
    • Mix Well.
    • Make Pattys(Tikkis) from the cooked mixture.
    • Add 4 teaspoon of Mayonnaise and 2 teaspoon of tomato ketchup in a bowl and mix them thoroughly.
    • Keep the sauce aside.
    • Add 2 teaspoon of Multi Purpose Flour(Maida) in a bowl.
    • Add 2 teaspoon of Corn Flour.
    • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper.
    • Add 2 tablespoon of Water.
    • Mix to make batter until there are no lumps.
    • Heat Oil in a pan for deep frying.
    • Dip Pattys(Tikkis) from step 17 in batter from step 24.
    • Coat Pattys(Tikkis) with Breadcrumbs and deep fry them.
    • Spread Oil in a pan and heat Burger Buns.
    • Add Sauce from step 19 on one side of the bun.
    • Add Patty(Tikki) on Bun with Sauce.
    • Add Onion Slice, Tomato Slice and Cheese(Optional).
    • Add Sauce to the other Bun and place it on top of the first Bun.
