A sandwich is a food typically consisting of vegetables, sliced cheese, placed on or between slices of bread wherein bread serves as a container for food.

  • Main Ingredients

    • Onions
    • Capsicum
    • Tomato
    • Green Chilli
    • Cabbage
    • Gram Flour – 4 TSP
    • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 TSP
    • Salt
    • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 TSP
    • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 TSP
    • Oil
    • Mozzarella Cheese
    • Spinach

    Directions

    • Cut Vegetables(Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Green Chilli, Cabbage.) into small pieces.
    • Add 4 teaspoons of Gram Flour in a bowl.
    • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder.
    • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Salt.
    • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder(Haldi).
    • Add water and make thick batter.
    • Dip bread in batter.
    • Spread oil in a pan.
    • Cook batter dipped bread in pan.
    • Add Vegetables on bread.
    • Add Salt and Mozzarella Cheese.
    • Cook and turn bread for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
    • Add Chopped Spinach
    • Add 2 pieces on top of each other to make Sandwich.
    • Serve hot.
