    Main Ingredients

    • 250ml Boiled Water
    • 1 tbsp Tamarind
    • 7 – 8 Mint Leaves
    • 1/4 Coriander Leaves
    • 10 grams Ginger
    • 1/2 tbsp Black Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
    • 1 tsp Jaggery
    • 1 Lemon
    • Water
    • Boondi

    Directions

    • Add 250 ML Boiled Water in a bowl.
    • Add 1 tablespoon of Tamarind(Imli).
    • Mix well until water turns brown.
    • Remove Tamarind(Imli) from Water.
    • Add 7 – 8 Mint Leaves in a grinder.
    • Add 1/4 Cup of Coriander Leaves(Dhaniya).
    • Add 5 Grams of Ginger.
    • Add 1 Cup of Water.
    • Grind the mixture.
    • Seperate Water from the mixture.
    • Add Tamarind Water Extract in a glass.
    • Add Mint – Coriander Water Extract.
    • Add 1/2 tablespoon of Black Salt.
    • Add 1/4 teaspoon of Black Pepper.
    • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin Powder(Jeera Powder).
    • Add 1 teaspoon of Jaggery(Gur).
    • Add 30 ML of Lemon.
    • Add Chilled Water and mix well.
    • Add Boondi and serve cold.
